This charter is provided to clarify the objectives of ba.startup:



The Charter
ba.startup is a moderated newsgroup where start-up businesses can
interact with each other's. The interaction can take many forms
such as, but not limited to, bartering services and products,
finding co-location, piggybacking, exchanging tips and advice
related to general business concerns, sharing human resources, and
developing synergies. Participants do not have to be necessarily
startup businesses; however they must subscribe to the idea of
partnering as opposed to sell or market directly their products and
services. ba.startup is moderated according to this charter:
Commercial advertising is prohibited. It is the moderator sole
responsibility and unquestioned authority to ensure that articles
adhere to the charter.
