Hi, My name is Ken Launais and I am the inventor of a cognitive U.I. technology. I am looking for top notch programmers interested in coming in with me as co-founders. I hope that this message will be worth your while. About the invention, I have the endorsment of a major Sillicon Valley player (whom I can name in confidence later on)Chairman of a prominent start-up, with a dozen or so other tech investments and formely leading architect of TCP/IP. This person thinks X...UI is foundation class. X...UI is a radical User Interface (among other things) that lets you view 200 to 400 images a minute, view concurrently channels of disparate information type and through utmost simplicity, allows the user to branch off from Main categories to sub-categories to targeted content without reverting to GUI's tree structures, stacking windows or scroll-downs. As a new UI it stacks up on top of GUI where X...UI servers the macro-level for super-fast visual fly-over analyis of a data content terrain and lets the user revert to GUI for a micro-level in-depth data access. I have 4 demos covering about 8 applications. First demo is a general information gateway, second demo is Web Browsing through Visual Path Mapping, Recall and Temporal Replay (puts order out of Web's chaos), the third demo is a financial trading application where all tasks can be performed without once leaving current context and finally an e-commerce application showing online catalog/direct marketing and online advertising. At the absolute level, the technology is the tip of the iceberg for a visual language to feed information directly to the visual cortex and which is based on the premise that the current technological revolution signals a shift in the "information acquirement patterns" of the human mind. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity but as such, bear in mind that making it happen technically will be complex as we are dealing with a foundation class technology. Large windfall opportunity for this technology are e-commerce, web browsing, financial trading application, WebTV/ITV systems. I am located in San Francisco and if you are seriously interested and preferably in the Bay area, Please reply to Launais@ibm.net Best Regards, Ken L.
