I have a band which is now ready to make its move to play the
local music scene.  I am looking to retain an attorney/accountant
experienced in the trademark/copyright/business (incorporation/
partnership/tax/etc.) to assist us in making the initial
transition from amateur garage band to professional working band,
and to provide us with assistance/instruction as to how to
