I am a single parent with four children living at home - ages 26, 13, 10
and 8. The house we live in sold and I need to find a good size, nice
4-5 bed home home to rent in the Fremont/Newark/Union City area. I
continue to be turned down on rental applications due to the number of
"two parent" applicants.

I have an excellent income, only a car payment and utilities as bills,
decent credit and good references. I plan to rent for at least the next
two years. If you know of anyone who would like a great renter, please
contact me.
