If the warranty is one month they have to fix what is wrong with the
car that is covered on the warranty, probably, but may not have to
take it back.  If there is so much wrong with it that it will cost
them more to fix it than to take it back they may want to take it back
instead of doing the repairs.  It depends on what the warranty covers.
You should take it to an independent mechanic to go over it and find
out everything that is wrong with it.  You should have had a mechanic
look at it before buying it, you have that right, so you know in the
future.

They have a link to a page to look up your local bureau by putting in
your zip code and also other information to look at.  You should
probably take a copy of your warranty, and any other papers you have,
to your local office and see if they can help you.
