Part-time, live-out, permanent child care wanted:

- Be primary caretaker for 9-month old infant in our home in the
  Half Moon Bay, California, area to help telecommuting parents
- 3 days a week as a household employee (on the books, please!)
- 9am to 6pm, preferable Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Ideal characteristics = Nurturing, reliable, calm,
  organized, communicative
- Responsibilities include:
   - Getting infant ready in morning, including bathing and dressing
   - Changing diapers
   - Preparing food and bottles, feeding infant, and washing baby
     dishes and bottles
   - Providing lots of affection and interaction, including reading,
     playing music and educational games
   - Putting infant down for naps
   - Keeping infant room, toys and play areas organized
   - Washing infant laundry and keeping closet organized
   - Communicating with parent urgent questions and milestones
- Bilingual OK as long as one has moderate English communication skills
- Experience and references needed; must provide permission
