I am seeking guidance from anyone that is currently running X and slip on a (cough) DOS box. I have spoken with sales people from FTP software and they have a product that is "supported by DESQview X". some of the questions I have now: 1) which X products will this version of slip run with (DESQview X, etc.). 2) will your dial program work with secured, token based, dialins. can I use the keyboard during the call-setup phase. 3) what features does your product support (ftp, telnet, etc.). 4) is there an evaluation product available. and of course, 5) how much does it cost. What would really help is if anyone has a public version of slip sources. I have queried the net and found a version that I am now in the process of compiling but I don't know what it will work with as of yet. If you are running X and or slip on your DOS pc, please drop me a note and let me know what you are using and how well the product is working for you. -Thanx, John L.
