I am trying to get to the window id using the name of the window
I am currently doing an XQueryTree from the starting from the 
root window and then building the tree and comparing the name
at each window node. Is there a quicker way to get to the window id
given the name. Is there a procedural interface to the function
which is used by "xwininfo -name"
