Last week, I posted a message to balt.config requesting information on the
protocol for adding a new group to the balt hierarchy. There were no
responses, so I can only assume that there is *no* protocol for the
creation of groups under this hierarchy other than simply requesting that
your news administrator at your site add the group.

So if you are interested in a balt.music newsgroup please contact
your ISP and request that they do a newgroup for balt.music if it is not
yet avaliable on their system.
