This conversation is starting to sound a little meanspirited.  Look,
the guy tried to find out how to create a newsgroup, he made a mistake,
but the group is there now and starting to have some traffic (and not
just this thread). I suggest any musicians or people interested in
local music in the Baltimore area check the listing out. God knows the
baltimore music scene could use a little activism. When I look at the
listing of new newsgroups every week, I am sure the majority of them
were also created without "official" sanction from the Bandwidth
Protectors of the Internet (liberal cry for the 90s - Save the
Bandwidth!). The analogy of moving into someone's house is a bit
stretched, don't you think? Anyone whose ISP does not offer the group,
should contact their provider and ask to have it added. Join us there
if this is your area of interest.
