    I tried to call the number for snow emergency.  The "mailbox" on the 
answering system was full.  After a couple of voice calls, I got to talk to 
Michelle (would not give me a full name).  She said "Try calling back in 10 
minutes, I will delete all the messages so you can leave one.)

   Heavy sigh......and worse yet, she thought that was helpfull.  
Ahhhhh.....Governemnt for -to the pepole.
