            By perhaps more than a remarkable coincidence.
recently the thought has persistently crossed my mind, that
I should via the Internet look up "The Baltimore Times."
Yesterday
Sunday 12th. of March, I made a posting onto
your "Baltimore Times Miscellaneous Bulletin Board"
named "Race to the White House."

In years gone by, I much corresponded with Catherine
Marshall and Leonard Lesourd, whilst many years
ago, "Intercessors of America" offered special prayers in
relation to a prayer request of mine.

It was for "The Lord to raise up Leaders in Washington
DC.,"  for the cause of "World Peace and Security for all
Nations."  My web site named "Letters to the White House
further elaborates.

Correspondence has in years past passed between Dr Norman
Vincent Peale and I, whilst I at times I seek to spread the
gospel, "The Power of Positive Peacemaking," for  such in a
word is what today's endeavours, have for many years been
all about.

Now follows a copy of the aforementioned posting as

With the United State refusal to back the "Nuclear Non
Proliferation Treaty," so " All Life on Earth" is today
placed in great peril. Therefore this key political issue
is plentifully covered by, a variety of web sites I now
publish, and whose only ism is, All Life on Earth-
Survivalism!


Today a grave responsibility rests on the shoulders of
America's Citizens. Namely to impress upon all candidates
and political parties engaged in today's "Race to the White
House", to become fully aquatinted with, and to fully
support all as proposed.


Were all alive today. I feel sure the following notables
would support the basic principle of all proposed. Namely,
Winston Churchill, David Ben Gurion, Albert Einstein,
General Eisenhower, Mahatma Gandhi, Bertrand Russell and H
G Wells. In a word, The Mr and Mrs Smith's of America, now
urgently need. impress upon, many a United States Senator
and Congresssman and woman, there earnest desires for, the
early DAWN OF PERMANENT WORLD PEACE. That is via the
proposed World Leader's Peace Conference which of course
might fully investigate, whether or not today's nuclear non
proliferation treaty, is in need of much revision.

                             I now hope you may perhaps
