Baltimore County police murdered Joseph Chester 
Palczynski after first drugging him (via delivered 
food) and then startling an unarmed Mr. Palczynski on 
Tuesday evening, March 21, 2000 while he lay asleep. 

Baltimore County Police Chief Terrrence Sheridan 
was extolling the professional nature of his 
police department and their efforts within minutes 
after Mr. Palczynski was declared dead. This while 
there was growing public outrage about how the 
Baltimore County police were conducting this matter. 
Police repeatedly denied Mr. Palczynski's request 
to talk with his girlfirend... police think they 
have a good reason for refusing this simple request 
but it's a bunch of hogwash. Police acted as judge, 
jury and executioner! 

On the morning of March 22, 2000, WJZ-TV Channel 13 
in Baltimore played a recorded phone call in which 
a very sane Joseph Palczynski pleaded to end the 
standoff matter peacefully. He requested to talk 
with his former girlfriend, Lynn Whitehead, which 
police repeatedly denied. This recorded conversation 
occurred initially without police knowledge while 
police negotiators (eg. Jim McGee, et. al.) plotted 
and planned! Mr. McGee commented publicly that he 
disliked Joseph Palczynski... he sounds like a biased 
piece of sh*t! And this guy is supposedly one of 
the "good" guys working for the police! 


Much will be said and written about this matter in 
the coming days and weeks but one thing is certain: 

The blood of Joseph Chester Palczynski is on the 
dirty hands of Baltimore County Executive Dutch 
Ruppersberger! He pulled strings behind the scene 
that resulted in the execution of Mr. Palczynski!
