As of 10 April 2000, Baltimore City has recorded
77 murders since the beginning of the year. This
is 12 more murders than at this same time last
year in The City That Bleeds. And this increase
in the homicide count has come under the O'Malley
administration which had been trumpeting the
closure of 12 Baltimore street corners where drugs
were being sold. It would seem that Moron O'Malley
just chased these drug dealers to other parts of
the city while the killing continues in earnest!
 
What's your next trick Mr. O'Malley?
