Baltimore City Work Slow-Down ADVOCATED! 

Shelia Dickson et. al (including sorry-ass Mayor O'Malley) 
are concerned about a work slow-down that is 'in progress' 
in The City That Bleeds. City workers are NOT pleased that 
Mayor O'Muck and the City Council voted their fat asses 
very lucrative pay increases. The outrageous pay raises 
even extend to the Baltimore City Police Department for 
the current year! 

The claim is that the mayor, city council and city cops 
were not being compensated fairly. Hence, the pay raises. 
What does this say about the other city workers? Do you 
think their pay has keep up with the mayor's, city council's 
or the city cop's raises..... the answer is a resounding 
HELL NO! 

City workers are strongly urged to begin a work slow-down 
effective IMMEDIATELY.  Send a VERY STRONG message to the 
city's leadership that you have had enough! Mayor Martin 
O'Malley, City Council President Sheila Dickson have sent 
a message (indirectly) that city workers are worth any pay 
increases whatsoever. Mayor O'Malley talks about a looming 
budget crisis but he didn't mention it when he cashed his 
elevated paycheck. 

O'Malley and Dickson won't stand on any steps or behind any 
podium and tell city workers that they are not worthy of a 
living wage nor a pay increase, but WE JUST DID! 

THINK WORK SLOW-DOWN!!! 
THINK BALTIMORE CITY STRIKE!!! 

PHUCK Mayor Martin O'Malley... PHUCK City Council President 
Sheila Dickson... that's what they want to do to Baltimore 
City Workers... PISS ON O'Malley... PISS ON Dickson!!!
