  Recruiter / Account Manager - CanEmploy Resources Inc.

  Established in 1999 and located in Vancouver, British Columbia, CanEmploy
Resources Inc. (CanEmploy) is Western Canada's growth oriented firm
specializing in recruiting and staff augmentation in the area of Information
Technology and hi-tech. CanEmploy has successfully recruited a significant
number of professionals and has a mission of expanding its client base and
reach in the Canadian market place.

  CanEmploy is looking for an energetic result oriented individual who has
an outstanding interpersonal and communications skills. The ideal candidate
has 2 - 3 years of successful and demonstrable outside sales & cold-calling
experience, strong relationship building skills and works independently to
build a client portfolio. Knowledge of Information Technology is essential.
The successful candidate has a proven ability to prospect for new clients
while managing ongoing relationships.

  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

  This is initially a six-month half-time contract position requiring a
twenty hours per week commitment. There is a strong chance that the selected
candidate's contract will be extended beyond the initial end date.

  Compensation is based on an hourly wage plus commission. Details will be
discussed with chosen candidates.


  Responsibilities include:

  - Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas;
  - Working with existing Business Partners to increase sales;
  - Keeping management informed through regularly scheduled reporting (i.e.
forecasting, budgeting and analysis) on issues pertaining to the target
client base;
  - Improving service quality;
  - Executing Sales programs including developing lead generation programs,
defining and implementing sales strategies, and measuring sales programs;
  - Identifying key issues that need to be addressed and providing
recommendations on courses of action;

  Qualifications:

  You have a diploma or degree in business coupled with a minimum of 2 years
previous work experience sales management, recruiting, or staff
augmentation. A demonstrated track record building strong relationships with
excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and account
management skills, ensures your success in this challenging role.
