Between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. this evening, Tuesday November 24, 
the CA*net link between BCnet and Seattle will be out of service 
while its speed is increased from 256 kbps to 384 kbps.  During 
this outage, BCnet's traffic to the NSFNET will be routed via 
Toronto and Ithaca, New York.
