Between 9 pm and midnight this evening, Tuesday December 1, the link 
connecting BCnet with Seattle and the NSFNET will be down for brief
periods while INSINC, the provider of the data link, tests the link.
During any outages, our traffic to the NSFNET will travel via 
Toronto and Ithaca, New York.
