Starting at 8 am tomorrow morning, Friday February 5, the two CA*net routers at SFU Harbour Centre will be out of service. They will be returned to service within one hour, and perhaps within half an hour. This outage will have the effect of disconnecting BCnet from the rest of the Internet. CA*net will be checking the hardware of the routers to look for more clues to help solve the outages which have been affecting the psp - the router with links between BCnet and Edmonton and Toronto. The problem has proven to be particularly elusive. -- Mike Patterson, BCnet manager e-mail: Mike@BC.net Phone: (604) 822-3932 Fax: (604) 822-5116
