🚀 go-pugleaf

CA*net is having a hard time these days trying to provide a reliable
service.  The link from Toronto to Ithaca, NY, is down, and so the
traffic which would normally use this link is being re-routed to the
Vancouver-Seattle and Montreal-Princeton links.  As is indicated in
the attached message, this is causing routing instability. 
 
The CA*net staff are working hard to try to rectify the link outage
and the routing instabilities.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may
cause you.
