Stock-brokers, and the companies they work for, pay big $$$ to
the VSE, to allow the VSE to provide online access to the trading-data,
and press-releases by VSE-listed companies.
So, I suspect that you can get the same access, if you contact the VSE.
Caution: it's not-likely to be "free".
Given the fact that there is DATAPAC dial-up access in Victoria,
you shouldn't need to make toll-calls to many information-providers.
B.C. Telephone will provide information about DATAPAC 3101 access.
