Telus is actually very, very good.  I am extremely please; however, you
have moved to Shaw.  I only dealt with Shaw television, and if you want
to appreciate Telus, you have to have been punished by Shaw.  Have a
wonderful journey with Shaw.  You have stated no facts only allegations
so it is impossible for others to appreciate your problem.  Let us know
when you move back to Telus.
