Hello there! I am looking for some information on discipline interviews and dealing with staff that are not up to company standards; poor working habits, late for work consistantly, calling in sick all the time, etc.!! My main need is the way interviews should be held, methods of dealing with this type of situation, and the laws involved, etc. If you can tell me of reference material or any reports that can be taken via ftp, it would be most helpful.
