Hey...

  Did i get your attention.. I sure hope so...

Here's the pitch...

  I have a house, and i need to rent out two rooms. The house is close to UBC
and downtown, as well as to shops along forty-first... Oh ya.. the house is located on 33rd and Mackenzie.  Its a beautiful house, bright clean, spacious;
has a nice backyard, large patio, garage, plenty of storage, hardwood floors
upstairs, and plush carpet downstairs, good sized kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of
charm warmth and character. Its located near several major bus routes, and is
in a quiet neighbourhood. There will only be three people staying there. Yourself,
moi, and one other, as yet undecided. The rent is $500/mo, which includes all
utilities. I know it sounds like a lot, but consider that you'll be living in
a house, not an apartment that is the size of my living room and dining room;
there will only be three people there, not six as is common when shared houses
are listed for $350/mo.; and utilities are included, which means you only write
one check per month, this makes it easier for you and I.

Here are a few things that I am looking for in potential roomies...

 non-smoker, reliable, clean, marture, non-drug user, no pets, no children,
 financially responsible, willingness to stay for at least twelve months,
 a sense of humor, honest... etc. etc., male or female, it don't matter...

So if you want to know more, or you want to come by and look at the house, you
can reach me at the e-mail address below, or you can phone me at 263-5048, and
leave a message.
