Cryptic e-mail address

A friend in Penticton, who is not e-mail-literate, recently
got an e-mail account. She doesn't know what information is
relevant for me to know, so all she gave me was this cryptic
"computer number":

     1;353/220.1

Does anyone know what this is? Is it just the address of some
computer on some network, or a user identification number? Can
I get mail to that address, or to an e-mail wizard at that
address, from the Internet?

thank you
--Jamie.
