I am posting this for a friend. I will forward to him any replies:

Finning is a new SCO-ODT user and have run into a number of problems
due to our inexperience with the product. Getting a response from SCO
in 24 hours is slowing our progress, even though they have solved each
problem when they have called.

I would like to talk to any SCO-ODT users in Vancouver who have already
successfully installed ODT (and have the scars to prove it).
