To prevent a North Korea from launching (or even threatening
to launch) their new ballistic nuclear missile on us or anyone
else perhaps?

Hope we get that missile defense in time -- you know,
the ones the democrats and the USSR hated so much.

Why cringe everytime Pakistan and India rattle sabers.
Explain to BOTH of them that they just LOST their nukes.
Do it now while neither can launch on us.

Then encourage them not to fight -- VERY STRONGLY,
but ensure they never fight nuclear.
