BC Tel will need approval from the CRTC to change their rates.
I understand that an application is before the CRTC.

Surf the WWW, to: http://WWW.BELL.CA/promo/zap
to read all about Bell and ISDN.
Or, try: http://WWW1.Sympatico.CA/ISDN/
for "general" information on ISDN.
Or, try: http://WWW.BCTel.COM/home/microlink.html or
dial 1-800-334-ISDN or 432-ISDN.

Bell's pricing details: $51 to $57 per month (depending on where you live),
plus usage-charge ($1/hour/channel), applied only(!) between 7AM and 7PM
on Monday-to-Friday, i.e., evenings and weekends are "free".

No. See http://WWW.BCTel.COM/newsroom/press_releases/823731951.html
for information about BC Tel's "PATHWAY(tm)" service,
which is proposed to start in January 1997.
