Hi. Sorry for the intrusion, but considering the nature of this group, we
thought that some people here may be able to help us out. We are three
students from Australia, the United States, and Egypt. We have recently
completed an educational website for the 2000 ThinkQuest Internet Challenge,
an international website building contest. Our site "Forces of Nature" at
http://library.thinkquest.org/C003603 is a comprehensive resource on natural
disasters and phenomena.

As part of the site, we have a "real life stories" section, and are
currently seeking stories from people who have had experiences with
avalanches, droughts, earthquakes, flooding, fog, forest fires, hurricanes,
landslides, monsoons, phenomena, severe storms, snowstorms, tornadoes,
tsunamis, volcanoes, or windstorms.

If you have experienced any of these forces of nature, we would really
appreciate it if you could take the time to send us your story for inclusion
on our website. It doesn't have to be long, just a paragraph describing your
experience would be fine. Please send your story to country.fan@iname.com
along with your name, and the location and date of your experience. You will
be given full credit for your story on our website.

Thank you very much for your help!
