curious that someone can help me?

a few months ago i formatted my pc. everything went well but after a week my
pc started on his own, usually at night?!
i looked in my configurationscreen and there was a map in my tasks, named pc
health.
i never made that myself,but it was there!! several times i removed it, but
every time i reboot its the same thing again.so i formatted it again, with
no succes.it's still there.
i can't change something in this map. it's always there again. so now i
unplug it in the evening.
anyone had the same problem? pls let me know.
