Too long this has been Belgacom policy: read it yourself, and then get your
butt to our shops....  When will Belgacom understand that a customer is
really a customer, and should be treated with a bit of respect. this person
was asking for commercial info, and if you're a decent company, you'll jump
on someone like him, 'coz he's a potential -albeith it critical, because he
asks for prices for possible comparisons- and maybe longtime customer.

I admit, RTFM is good when you're fiddling with Linux, but not in commercial
business. Belgacom's response cost them a possible client,  but they dont
even care.
