I am using one good utilty for passowrd recovery
But I mainly use it for checking my passwords
If I see that user choose weak password I force him
to choose another one. So I can be sure in
the protection of my network agains intruders
You can find this utility at www.softforces.com/shop.htm
It has name "Password recovery tool for NT"
