Cant log on please help newbiea

    Every time i try to log on to the internet a window pops up with a red x
in the corner with the heading "Content Advisor". It says Please check your
Content Advisor settings for missing info. Click the tools menu and then
click Internet Options. On the Content tab, check the Content Advisor
settings. So then I do that disable the password, which I never set up in
the first place, then I can log on. It uses my internet password I dont know
how to fix this I've been to the bios screen to see if I could disable any
passwords there but everything is normal. I am using windows 98 and internet
explorer 5.1 any help will bring you great feelings of joy. Thxs in advance
