Clickx has a special issue on reinstalling windows
www.clickx.be

clue:
0. back up everything somewhere else then on drive C
1. boot disk (make it with windows)
2. test boot disk to see if you have access to the CD-ROM
3. start with boot disk to DOS (yuck)
4. format c: (wipes EVERYTHING from C-drive !!!!)
5. go to CD-ROM (if you can't find it, then you missed in step 2)
6. setup
7. there you go...

alternative: no CD-Writer or backup tape and no second drive (partition)
DON'T FORMAT C-DRIVE, just wipe c:\windows and c:\progra~1 en start with
step 5.
