Strikt genomen werkt c inderdaad altijd met c.b.v., maar wat het veranderen
betreft,  iets als

{
        strcpy(s, "two");
}

{
        char str[4];

        strcpy(str, "one");
	puts(str);
        two(str);
        puts(str);
}


zal str wel van "one" naar "two" doen veranderen.
