I want to publish an Access database on the net. One of the objects is an

interactive page, which -tested locally- runs without a problem. However,

after having loaded up the database and the page to the server of my

provider (Planet Internet), I get the error message that there is no access

to the database.

I therefore tried to export a form as an ASP-page. But while exporting, a

dialog window asked me to fill in the export options for Microsoft Active

Pages. I just filled in the 'Name of the Data Source' (name of the database,

I presume) and URL of the server (is this the server of my provider ?).

When consulting the exported form, I get the error message :

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Mangager]Data source name not found and no default

driver specified

What could be possible causes? Are there any alternatives to publish and

consult a database on the net ?

Yours sincerely,
