maak een kleine applicatie in VB, die een Access-file aanschrijft. 
via db.execute (sql-str)
of recordset select(sql-str) kom je er wel.

Als je MSDN hebt (allicht, want je hebt VB) moet je dat even nakijken,
staat zelfs een uitgebreide tutorial in.
