Tokyo - Business Analyst for a Major Financial Firm

Ideal candidates should be Japanese with good English
Must have IT experience, but Wall Street experience not needed
Must understand Japanese market and work closely with a Japanese
supervisor
to write and make proposals to business units for IT solutions

Requirement:
VB, JAVA, C++

UNIX a plus, but not essential.
Must be fluent in Japanese
