Komt er gewoon op neer dat bepaalde fonts de vertikale streepkes dichter
zetten dan andere waardoor scanner problemen kan hebben met lezen. Komt er
dus op neer om een goed font te kiezen. (Check your mail). Beetje trial and
error totdat ge iets vindt dat goe werkt.

Meestal wordt de code128 of ean-128 gebruikt. Code39 is wel simpelst te
implementeren.

Neen, der zijn geen drivers nodig. De scanner wordt gewoon beschouwd als een
toetsenbord. Je hoeft niets speciaal te installeren. Alleen die instellingen
(bij WinXP) die ik eerder al vermeldde eventueel instellen.
