Dit moet natuurlijk zijn:
if (binary_mode)
   _file = fopen(uri.c_str(), "wb");
else
   _file = fopen(uri.c_str(), "w");

How could I ever be so stupid.
Ik denk dat ik gedronken moet hebben op de avond dat ik FileByteDestination
programmeerde :-S
