Ongeveer elke moderne pc heeft hardware voorzien om op een bepaald
tijdstip zelfstandig op te starten. Wie met WHQL bezig is kan dit
beamen, de WHQL testsoftware gebruikt deze eigenschap intensief. De
vraag voor een eindgebruiker is natuurlijk of het OS deze
functionaliteit aanbiedt.
