Ik heb hier een eerste file waarin ik een 2de include

in de eerste staat dit: <jsp:include page="include.jsp"/>
in de include file staat dit:
<%!
public void header(){
 %>testje<%!
}
%>


Waarom wordt deze methode direct uitgevoerd ?
Het is de bedoeling dat ik ze eerst kan oproepen voor ze uitgevoerd wordt.
