Ik ben wat aan het experimenteren met api ivm midi.

op bovenstaande link  staat 1 van de functies van winmm.dll.
Hoe kan ik nu zien als deze een error geeft wat deze error wil zeggen?
Ik heb midiInGetErrorText al geprobeerd, functie geeft geen fout maar ook
geen uitleg??
