help code to XML problems with delete

I have som problems with access:
Code is working perfect by insert or update to  xml.loadXML

vars = "taak=update&id=" & id & "&postcode=" & Postcode & "&plaats=" &
Plaats & "&ligging=" & Ligging & _
         "&typePand=" & TypePand & "&korteBeschrijving=" & kort &
"&langeBeschrijving=" & lang & _
         "&fotoGroot=" & fotogrootname & " &fotoKlein=" & fotokleinname

      xml.loadXML OpenPage(vars)

When I want to delete i having the folowing problem...
After deleting 2 or 3 times de code refuse further to work seems a memory
problem, when i restart my access database
it works again only for 2 or 3 deletings (I do not have this problem with
insert or update what is wondering the code is verry similar)
I hope someone can help me with this, I would apreciate.  Marc.
