application-path in ASP dotNET ?

hoi groep,


ik probeer hier vanuit een ASP dotNET applicatie, geschreven in VB
dotNET, het application-path te achterhalen.
(dus eigenlijk c:\inetpub\wwwroot\application ofzoiets)
Ik heb al geprobeerd om files te schrijven zonder path bij, en had
gehoopt dat die zodoende in de bin folder zou terecht komen van de
desbetreffende ASP dotNET applicatie, maar die file is nadien terug te
vinden in c:\winnt\system32 dus ...

iemand enige oplossing ?
Ik wil echt niet met ini files of hardcoded toestanden werken, want
die ASP dotNET applicatie moet nadien op verschillende servers komen,
die allemaal anders zijn geconfigureerd qua paths enzo ...
