callback bij API in Vb6.0

Ik heb een callback functie die in een module zit en aan een Api call wordt meegegeven. Alles werkt tot ik in de callback functie , functies of subs begin op te roepen die in de module zitten. Dan bevriest het ganse project. Iemand een oplossing? TIA Greetz Cofke
