[VB] probleem met punt en komma

Als ik een getal heb met decimalen geeft hij het goed aan dus met een komma
dus (bv  100,21) als dat dan opgeslagen wordt in access database en dan
geeft hij 10.021,00 aan.  In de database staat dan 100.21  is het niet
mogelijk in VB om zoals in cobol een punt om te zetten in een komma.  Zodat
alles goed weergegeven wordt?
