Nee, in de kernel van een bepaald OS (tenzij ik niet voldoende op de hoogte
ben en tegenwoordig elke distro-maker een eigen kernel heeft). Dan lijkt
het me correct om de kernel maintainers op de hoogte te brengen, en dat
is gebeurd; vanaf dat moment, of misschien een dag later, kan het wat
mij betreft de wijde wereld in, anders neigt het naar security through
obscurity.
Overigens, voor de duidelijkheid: ik heb deze bug niet ontdekt.
