Following the closing of the re-opened offer, Fortis holds 17,862,386
Generale Bank shares, which is 98.2% of the capital of Generale Bank.

Of the 319,817 shares that have not been offered for exchange, 115,000
shares are held by employees of Generale Bank. These shares could not be
offered for exchange, due to specific legal restrictions
