I have been at Brussels more than three years and I have doubts whether
prostitution is legal in Belgium. I saw lots of red light houses along the
national roads especially in Flanders and small ad in the newspaper like "le
soir". 
Can anyone tell me whether there is nation-wide discussion on this matter,
historical background or any suggestion.
